On April 20, 2015 the Ethno Village Ljubačke doline was officially and formally opened being the first Ethno Village in the city of Banja Luka. Due to its specificity, the spirit and themes represented by the Ethno Village and Museum, it has attracted the attention of numerous media not only in the Republika Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina but also in the region, including Serbia.
The opening ceremony of Ljubačke Doline was a part of the official program of the celebration of the city of Banja Luka, thus many officials participated in the opening ceremony: the mayor of Banja Luka Slobodan Gavranovic Ministers of Trade and Tourism, and Education and Culture Predrag Gluhaković and Dane Malesevic, then, the Director of TOBL Ostoja Barašin and the Director of TORS Nada Jovanović.
